Who designs, manufactures and where are your products made?
All Klassic Statement products are designed in-house in Chicago, and handmade to detailed specification with our global partners.
Where do your products ship from?
All of our products ship from the United States. Primarily from our Chicago warehouse, and other shipping points in the U.S.
Can I place a custom order?
Unfortunately, we don’t process custom orders i.e. engraving, size, color etc.
We provide exclusive, and some limited edition items that are only available through Klassic Statement
Is Gift Wrapping Available?
Our packaging is “presentation ready” All Klassic Statement products are packaged in our signature black textured slide drawer boxes with black velvet pouches or in our velvet pouches and stamped with our logo in silver. This helps our customers make a “statement” at no cost.
Who designs & Manufactures Your Products?
Our products are designed by Klassic Statement designers and artisian's and manufactured exclusively for Klassic Statement by our manufacturing partners to specification.
Where are you located?
Our office is located in Chicago, Illinois USA where we package and ship our products.
Do you have a physical store location?
Unfortunately, we do not have a brick and mortar location at this time. It is very easy to order our products online. If you need assistance, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
How do I measure my wrist size?
We do have a page where we show you how to measure your wrist as well as an image to aid you in the process.
How do I check on the status on my order?
Every order is processed within 2-3 business days. You will also receive an email with your tracking information when your order is shipped.
I would like an exchange, how do I make that happen?
Yes, we offer free exchanges. You can exchange your product for a different size. You have 30 days from the time you receive your product to exchange your product. To request an exchange, send an email to our customer care team at email@example.com
I would like to return my order/ is there a guarantee?
Yes, we do grant returns. Your product is eligible for a return within 30 days after receipt. We offer returns on New/Unused products in the original packaging. Your product must now show any signs on damage or usage other than trying it on.
We have a 100% Money Back 30 Day Product Guarantee. This covers any defects, workmanship and quality issues/concerns. We aim to please.
