Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

EXCHANGES

You can exchange your product (ONE TIME ONLY) inside of 14 days if new, unused and unworn (No Exceptions).  Close Out and Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return. Exchanges for a different size/color will be granted at a $15 charge payable by invoice prior to processing.

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return your product(s). For a refund, we accept Klassic Statement products that are unused, with the original tags attached in the original box/packaging and the product(s) must not show any signs of usage.  After 14 calendar days, refunding is not possible. USED OR WORN PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN!  Shipping Cost are non refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please note this will take 3-5 business days.

PROCESS RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

1.Contact Customer Service by sending an email to inquiry@klassicstatement.com requesting authorization. (We will respond within 48 hours with return or exchange instructions. please be patient)

2.Package your items in the original packaging and prepare them to be shipped back to keep them in the condition received. (Items without the packaging will receive a $10 dollar charge).

3.If you are requesting a different size. First measure your wrist using the tools here to determine the correct size. We only grant ONE exchange (No exceptions). 📏 How To Measure Your Wrist

4.Request to exchange your current item for a different item will have to be handled by first returning your current product and then repurchasing the new product you desire.

Additional Information
International Orders, meaning outside the U.S, are responsible for overseas shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds. (Make sure to contact us before sending your product, we will support you in trying to prevent these fees)

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All Klassic Statement products have a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for defects, not including normal wear due to usage.  You have 30 calendar days from date of receipt to return your product.  Klassic Statement is a Trademarked brand with products manufactured and designed exclusively for Klassic Statement.
