RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our focus is to satisfy our customer’s expectations. However, if you need to return an order, please contact customer service at email@example.com and we will give you instructions for the return process.
You can exchange your product. The customer will pay shipping cost. BEFORE returning any product for an exchange, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive return authorization first! Items returned prior to gaining authorization will be returned to the customer. Once exchange authorization is granted, we will exchange your product for another one at no additional cost.
You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return your product(s). For a refund, we accept Klassic Statement products that are unused, with the original tags attached in the original box/packaging and the product(s) must not show any signs of usage. USED OR WORN PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN! Shipping Cost are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
International Orders, meaning outside the U.S, are responsible for overseas shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds. (Make sure to contact us before sending your product, we will support you in trying to prevent these fees)

All Klassic Statement products have a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for defects, not including normal wear due to usage. You have 30 calendar days from date of receipt to return your product. After 30 calendar days, refunding is not possible. For a refund, we accept Klassic Statement products in original packaging, and there must be no sign of usage. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
