All orders take a minimal of 48-72 hours to process. All orders ship within 3 business days unless backordered

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

EXCHANGES

1. You can exchange your product (ONE TIME ONLY) inside of 14 days if new, unused and unworn (No Exceptions).  Close Out and Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Note: Exchanges are for a size exchange and not for a product exchange.  If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, we will issue you a return if your product is new/unused and within our 14-day policy guideline.  You can then place an order for the item you would like.

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return your product(s). For a refund, we accept Klassic Statement products that are unused, with the original tags attached in the original box/packaging and the product(s) must not show any signs of usage.  After 14 calendar days, refunding is not possible. USED OR WORN PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN!  Shipping Cost are non refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please note this will take 3-5 business days.

Additional Information
International Orders, meaning outside the U.S, are responsible for overseas shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds. (Make sure to contact us before sending your product, we will support you in trying to prevent these fees)

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

All Klassic Statement products have a Lifetime Warranty for defects, not including normal wear due to usage.   Klassic Statement is a Trademarked brand with products manufactured and designed exclusively for Klassic Statement.  We know how important your jewelry is to you. That is why every piece of Klassic Statement is manufactured to stand the test of time and backed by a lifetime warranty.

What Your Limited Warranty Covers

Our 30 Day Warranty Guarantee protects you against any manufacturing defects from the moment your Klassic piece arrives. If you experience any of the following issues, we’ll make it right with a repair or replacement:

  • Breakage, faulty mechanisms, or clasps
  • Chains snapping
  • Tarnishing or discoloration (beyond typical wear)
  • Scratches (beyond surface-level wear)
  • Stones falling out

What Your Warranty Doesn't Cover

  • Non-jewelry Klassic Statement products
  • Claims made using previously submitted photos
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Intentional damage or damage caused by third parties
  • Excessive wear and tear

Examples of excessive wear and tear:

Jewelry that has been subjected to intense or repeated misuse and shows damage beyond what we cover under our manufacturing guarantee. Damaged due to corrosive chemical cleaners and buffing machines. 

How to Claim

To start a claim, simply email a clear photo of the item, along with your order number and a description of the defect, to inquiry@klassicstatement.com and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Please note, claims without a photo cannot be processed.

Klassic Reserves the right to decline claims that"

  • Show signs of misuse or damage caused by neglect
  • Don’t meet the criteria of our warranty or replacement guarantee
  • Are flagged by our team as potentially false or fraudulent

  • Involves any changes to the original product. This includes custom engraving, resizing, or other modifications, all of which will void the warranty.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that might apply.
