All orders take a minimal of 24-48 hours to process.
All U.S orders receive Free Shipping: (Fedex 2 Day Express) After Processing
All International orders $100+ receive Free Shipping (Fedex International Economy) After Processing
Other expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
If you require expedited overnight or next day shipping send an email to email@example.com and we will try to accommodate you.
Fedex or UPS does not deliver to APO, FPO and PO Boxes, so if you select them at checkout your product will be shipped USPS Priority.
You will receive an email when your product ships with your tracking information

Returns & Exchanges
Our policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To request a refund or exchange send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive authorization first! All items must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will refund your order to the original payment method once it has been processed at our warehouse with our (QC) Quality Control team. Items showing any wear or use will be returned to the customer and will not be credited. No Exceptions! Unauthorized returns will be shipped back to the sender without processing. This usually takes 5-7 business days.

Shipping Cost will be deducted from your return.
Note: Exchanges are for a size exchange and not for a product exchange. If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, we will issue you a return if your product is new/unused and within our 30-day policy guideline. You can then place an order for the item you would like.
All Klassic Statement products have a 30 - day Exchange & Return Policy. You can exchange your product. Before returning any product for an exchange, send an email to email@example.com to receive authorization first! Please note items must be unworn with original packaging in order to receive an exchange. There is a $10 cost for shipping/handling for all exchanges and the customer will receive an invoice that must be paid first. After the $10 invoice is paid, they will receive a return label to send their product back for exchange. Once we receive your product we will make the exchange and ship it back FREE.
