RETURNS
How long do I have to return my order?
You have 14 days from the date your Klassic Statement order is delivered to contact us at inquiry@klassicstatement.com to request return authorization. ( We promise to respond to your inquiry within 48 hours)
To be eligible for a refund, we accept Klassic Statement products that are unused, with the origional tags attached in the origional bos/packaging and the product(s) must not show any signs of usage. After 14 days from the date of delivery, returns/refunding is not possible. On refunds, the cost of shipping are non refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Each return request, must include an order number and full name of the person that placed the order.
When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be credited to the same payment source used to make the purchase. Note: refunds (will be granted within 5 business days of Klassic Statement receiving and processing your product return and you will receive an email notification when the process is completed).
Can I combine Multiple Returns?
No, each return must receive an authorized return, by contacting us at inquiry@klassicstatement.com. We will provide a prepaid return label for each order. If your return is lost in transit and you cannot provide proof of postage, we won't be able to process your refund. However, if you can provide a valid tracking number or postage receipt, we'll offer store credit for your return.
Gift Bags & Final Sale Items are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES
Bracelets, Chains and Pendants are eligible for exchanges within 14 Days of delivery for unused, and unworn products. No exceptions.
This is the exchange process
1. If you are requesting a different size: First utilize the the FIND MY SIZE Tools to determine the correct size for your bracelet and chain.
2. Contact us by sending an email to inquiry@klassicstatement.com and include your order number and the full name of the person that placed the order. (We will respond within 48 hours)
3. Exchanges: There is a $15 charge payable upfront for each exchange. When your request is granted, and your $15 exchange fee has been paid, you will receive a prepaid return label and your product will be reshipped prepaid back to you and you will receive a email with tracking information when your exchange has been completed.
4. Request to exchange your current item for a different item will have to be handled by first returning your current product and then repurchasing the new product you desire. ( You will be invoiced for any cost difference and credited back to your payment source for any credit difference owed by Klassic Statement).
5. International Orders, outside the U.S, are responsible for overseas shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds. (Make sure to contact us before sending your product, we will support you in trying to prevent these fees)
